To include an article published elsewhere in your own site’s news feed, create a post and enter the article’s URL as the Custom Redirect URL in the Theme SEO Settings box. When someone clicks its headline, they’ll be taken to the original article rather than your copy. You may copy a portion of the article, or its full text, into your post if you want the text to be included in your site’s search results.
For example, to include an article published in Texas A&M Today, copy the link to the individual article. Then add a new post to your site. Scroll down to the Theme SEO Settings box below the main content.
Paste the article’s link into the Custom Redirect URL field. You may leave the rest blank.
Then, scroll back up and enter the article’s title and as much of the content as you wish. Publish the post, and it will appear in your news section.
